Project Manager in
Corporate Communications

Jill is very upbeat and personable. She is a 2016 Digital Design & Nordonia graduate. She earned a BA at Kent State University in Public Relations and a minor in Marketing.

"Digital Design definitely helped prepare me for my field. While public relations contains a lot of writing, there are courses where design is important. At KSU,we used Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, which I remembered how to use from Digital Design. My college classes were easy for me since I had already learned everything we covered in Digital Design.

Public Relations requires a lot of writing (which I love) but also some photography and video elements as well. Something that I've found I enjoy doing is pairing writing and design/visuals together. Many people don't have design experience so I feel it places me a step above the others since I have both.

I feel this position combines both writing and visuals perfectly for me.

Mrs. Munro recommended I study public relations in college.  Without that recommendation I probably would have never look into it.  Thank you for helping me find what I love doing!"
